Channel Specialist - VISMIN

  • Recruit new channel partners across VISMIN area;
  • Develop and maintain existing and prospective partner relationships;
  • Craft and implement channel sales strategies to meet ensure partners are actively selling IPSYSTEMS’ products and meeting partners’ monthly sales quota;
  • Negotiate contracts and growth plans with current and prospective channel partners;
  • Create and develop channel programs, incentives, and promotions;
  • Create channel agreements or provide revisions and suggestions to current agreement documents;
  • Spearhead in continuously improving and optimizing channel marketing programs;
  • Become the community manager for the exclusive Viber and Facebook groups for partners (post promos, announcements, etc from the marketing team);
  • Assist partners in the execution of channel programs to increase product sales within customer base;
  • Support partner marketing activities including trade shows, online advertising, campaigns, and emails to develop brand awareness;
  • Keep partners up-to-date with the new products and enhancements;
  • Provide trainings, product enablement and product presentations to channel partners’ sales team; also develop and implement a company standard training process;
  • Constantly monitor the health of channel campaigns by keeping an eye on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the management. This includes creating KPI reports and presenting them to senior management.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field;
  • With relevant Sales experience in related fields. Background in IT Distribution an advantage;
  • Excellent presentation and communication (both written and oral) skills; Shortlisted candidates will be required to do a mock presentation;
  • Able to own the process from start to finish, with minimal supervision;

Content Writer

  • Create content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and provides information across a wide variety of digital platforms including websites, blogs, videos, advertising campaigns, social media posts, infographics, and more.
  • Create strong email marketing campaigns that will speak to audience across the Buyer Journey / Marketing Funnel
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content
  • Lead the process of creating customer Case Studies and other similar company-owned content by interviewing and acting as liaison with stakeholders
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company and its products
  • Understand the needs of the company’s primary audience
  • Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Edit and polish existing content to improve readability.
  • Conduct keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
  • Identify customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company’s current content.
  • Adhere to the brand’s style guide and content requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience writing, developing, editing, and publishing digital content
  • A degree in Journalism, Creative Writing, Communications; relevant professional experience will be considered
  • Portfolio of recently published works is a requirement
  • Experience / familiarity with basics of Buyer Journey and Marketing Funnel frameworks
  • Proficiency in English and strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Strong interviewing skills
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Knowledge or expertise on email marketing strategies will be considered a strong asset
  • Previous experience writing for technology/IT/software will be considered a strong asset

Product Manager (IT)

  • Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the brand and its features across primary market segments
  • Drive market growth across clients and channel partners, generating demand and awareness
  • Be an expert with respect to the competition; assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation
  • Responsible for managing and implementing product marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with presales, marketing, channels, and sales teams to ensure success
  • Own, achieve and exceed the sales targets associated with the assigned product/brand
  • Conduct product presentations for small and large audiences
  • Coordinate with vendor/manufacturer and provide monthly reports
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in IT product or brand management, brand marketing, or sales/business development capacity. Hardware product management considered a strong asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to do product presentations and high-level demos
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience managing or launching a brand across multiple markets
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
  • Leadership experience considered an asset
  • Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques considered an asset
