The Channel Account Executive drives reseller engagement and executes IPSYSTEMS’ channel strategy by building strong partnerships, delivering training and tools, and collaborating to meet sales targets.
Job Overview:
Act as the primary point of contact for resellers, fostering trust and long-term partnerships
Present IPSYSTEMS’ products, policies, and services to resellers and clients to drive sales
Lead as POD Captain and develop business plans
Help the team manage channel programs such as promotions, incentives, and events
Plan and conduct product training sessions, webinars, and hands-on workshops
Create regular reports on channel performance, sales reports, etc. (bi-monthly, quarterly)
Exceed quarterly KPIs and Sales Targets
Coordinate schedules, demos, and implementation with various departments
Keep sales and reseller monitoring updated across the Partner Portal, Mailer Lite, and OneDrive, monitoring files
Relay partner/customer feedback and concerns to relevant departments
Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, pricing, and policies
Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, or chat, ensuring timely resolution of client concerns
Help in prospecting and onboarding channel partners across NCR, keeping them informed about products & programs
Support partner marketing activities, including webinars and product presentations
Generate Reseller Certificate, MAF, etc.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, Information Technology, or any related field
A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role in the IT or software industry is an advantage
Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
Willingness to travel and visit resellers and clients
