IPSYSTEMS is a company founded with a purpose to provide top-notch solutions to organizations, and to create a community among cybersecurity and IT enthusiasts.
Our founder, the brain and heart of IPSYSTEMS, Mr. Arnaldo Glen Celis, used to say that one of the best ways that we could contribute to nation building was by creating local jobs. This belief guided us in our career path: an organization working towards a cause that is bigger than simply creating profit. In our 15 success-filled years of challenging endeavors in the industry, we have remained true to this belief and have continued to be a purpose-driven company.
Our vision statement – To be the thought leader in the Philippine market on cybersecurity and to be a positive enabler of change in the IT industry – speaks volumes of WHY we do what we do. Guided by our seven (7) core values of Integrity, People-Centered, Passion of Excellence, Service Champions, Innovative, Nation Builders, Collaborative, and our Corporate Social Responsibility, we are an organization that practices zero-tolerance towards corruption and 100% supports the learning and skill-building of the next generation of Filipino techies.
At IPSYSTEMS, the objective is to disrupt the status quo and to create much-needed positive change through honest work, with the ability to firmly say “No” when and where needed.
