Terms and Conditions:
  • All active resellers who have signed the 2025 TeamViewer contract are eligible for the program.
  • Rebates are based on the net sales value, excluding VAT, discounts, and returns.
  • Rebates are applicable to both new and renewal TeamViewer purchases.
  • Products sold at significant discounts or under special campaigns may be excluded from the program.
  • Rebates will be issued as credits, consumable via credit memo for the next purchase or project.
  • Confirmation of rebate amounts will be sent by January 31, 2026 following a sales data review.
  • Rebates can be used at the reseller’s discretion if the target is achieved within the year. Otherwise, they must be used within six months after year-end.
  • If the order value exceeds the rebate amount, resellers must pay the balance.
  • Credits are non-transferable and can be redeemed for cash after one year.
  • Unused rebates will expire six months after issuance.
  • The program runs from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, only.
