Account Executive – VISMIN
Sales Department
The Account Executive – VISMIN shall handle the physical engagements with resellers & clients within the VISMIN area and will focus on penetrating areas with limited resources and visibility, especially in the Mindanao region. He/she works closely with the Sr. Channel Specialist – VISMIN, Sales Administrators, Solutions, and Service Teams.
Job Overview:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and resellers for retention;
- Help in prospecting channel partners across VISMIN, keeping them informed about products;
- Uphold comprehensive knowledge of company products, pricing, and policies.
- Provide timely responses to inquiries via email, call, and chat, promptly addressing client queries;
- Relay partner/customer feedback and concerns to relevant departments.
- Develop and present bi-monthly sales reports to the team;
- Assist VISMIN group in executing sales plans and strategies;
- Engage in TeleMarketing, cross-selling, and lead generation;
- Exceed quarterly KPIs and Sales Group Targets;
- Follow up on Portal deals with Channel and Solution Specialists;
- Support partner-marketing activities, including webinars and product presentations.
- Create precise partner quotations and process orders via Sales Portal
- Ensure accuracy in orders, licenses, and invoices;
- Coordinate schedules, demos, and implementation with various departments;
- Maintain updated sales and customer records in CRM/PRM, Sales Portal, MailerLite, and OneDrive Monitoring Files.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields;
- With 3-5 years of relevant work experience in IT Sales (Telemarketing, Inside Sales, Corporate/Retail Account Manager, Channel Account Executive);
- Previous experience in business development with customers and/or channel partners in the IT industry is not required but will be considered a strong advantage;
- A key player and team player with a strong understanding of IT products and services;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Willingness to travel and visit resellers and clients.
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
- Preferably based in Davao.
