Terms and Conditions:
- SonicWall Firewall purchase from IPSYSTEMS must be new and ordered within the program period and with an active support warranty subscription from the Manufacturer including RMA.
- SLA support will start upon completion of user acceptance and report if IPSYSTEMS implemented the units.
- The Firewall Implementation must start not more than 10 working days upon delivery.
- Only SonicWall Firewall products purchased before the end of October 31, 2023 will be eligible for the FREE support bundle.
- Support tickets must be initiated by the Partner and not the end user.
- A technical representative from the respective Partner must be present during onsite support for Critical* scenarios.
