Apart from our FREE Installation and Standard Support services, which includes basic training and installation, we have advanced offerings to keep you going.
Premium Support
- Unlimited Phone and Email Support
(Mondays to Fridays, 8:00AM to 5:00PM). - One (1) day extensive training for two of your staff (Inclusive of lunch and product giveaways)
- Complete installation on all your laptops/desktops within three (3) days.
- Twelve (12) Premium On-site visits from 8:00AM to 5:00PM for 12 months.

Our hands-on approach ensures that your solution can keep-up with your growth – from corrective to preventive maintenance measures, we can do it all for you.
- Maximum of four (4) hours response time
- During regular work hours (Mondays to Fridays from 8:30AM to 5:30PM)
- Outside of regular work hours;
- And even outside of Metro Manila (Transportation fees and accommodation will be shouldered by the client)
On-site Visit for Maintenance, Troubleshooting, or Upgrade

Our solutions team will now design a technical proposal of the recommended solution(s). A Gantt Chart will be used for project management purposes and will contain the complete details of the services and deliverables.
Commercial Proposal
If applicable, a comprehensive commercial proposal for the service will be created for presentation and approval, including options for long-term support and maintenance.
